“We were sightseeing, and I really didn't like the clean room for 3 nights it was never housekiping and my car was dirty. I also asked for the cleaning service and no one went.”

“Upon arriving 30 minutes early we were told that the room was not ready. In actuality- it was in fact ready. We bought$200 in groceries so I could cook and save some money. We get back and there is NO COOKWARE. I paid the extra money for a kitchen so that I doesn't spend$400 eating out. I was told they DO NOT provide cookware. What good is a stove and a kitchen of you can't cook!!? That should be clearly stated before booking! We go to take showers and the shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash...

“The room itself was nice. unfortunately i received a double bed room when i booked a king size bed but that was okay, the room maintained a well temperature and it was a clean place. the “amenities” weren’t available during my 3 night stay. the arcade was closed the entire trip, the restaurant was closed the entire 3 day trip, as well as the bar. the food court that was on site never had hot food ready to be served, only drinks and muffins/patries. i was disappointed that none of the amenities...

“No Air Was In The Second Bed Room And The Room Had Roaches And The Beach Front View Was Nothing But Sand in front of the Room That Was Not Maintained At All Zero Out Of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND”

“Paid $400 a night just to pay for parking on top of it. Check in took almost an hour. Waiting for an elevator took 20 minutes every time you push the button. Breakfast was like a Black Friday back in the early 2000s. Could be a really nice place.”

“Unfortunately staff was not welcoming nor accommodating, despite me calling and asking for early check in to which I accepted was not available I was still told my room would be ready at 4pm to which it was not! I was able to get to my room at 4:45pm ONLY bc I fought for it! This caused me sunset photoshoot and unnecessary stress on my birthday trip! I will never stay here again!”
